1st Level Helpdesk Supporter
Job Description:
As we are globally organized with employees in Sydney, Coeur D’Alene, Milwaukee and Zurich , business language is English. The daily duties include:
* Mainly support of internal users/external clients over the phone
* Installation and configuration of Windows systems
* Installation and configuration of business applications
* Project work individually/in teams
* Coordinate IT issues with other offices (Sydney, Coeur D'Alene )
Qualification:
* IT educational background or equivalent experience or Commercial apprenticeship with further education on IT (i.e. PC/LAN-Supporter/-in SIZ)
* Know-how of MS-Windows environment
* Know-how in Cisco and Linux is a plus
* TCP/IP, VPN knowledge
* 20-27 years old and ability to work with minimal supervision
* Willing to work on weekends
* English (both spoken and in written form)
