Main Tasks
Implementation and co-ordination of hardware, software and network components and communications installations. Coordinating the activities of suppliers, consultants and support staff Installation and maintenance of PC's, peripherals, servers, networks and communication installations Follow-up on hardware, software, network and commmunications problems and invocation of the corrective actions and escalation procedures. Testing and implementation of new software products and releases. Monitorning the availability of hardware, software and networks. Maintaining an inventory of hardware, software and networks. Creation of standardized installation and configuration structures (directory structures, menu systems, user interfaces, backup and recovery procedures) Additionally you will participate in ... First and Second Level Support Participation in small projects Good soft skills in communication with Customers Knowledge with ticket and tracking systems (e.g. Remedy, SD)
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
